Northstar

We treat our own site as the first thing a prospect judges us on, so it is built the way we build client work: a real design system, motion that carries an argument, and no fabricated proof anywhere on it.

Our own site. You are looking at it.

The Northstar homepage: a large headline reading “Your next customer already found you.” above a dark diagram of signals converging on a single point.

The problem

We are new. That means every claim we make has to be checkable, and the site itself has to be the evidence — because there are no case studies to hide behind yet.

What we did

  1. 01

The hero is the business model

Signals arrive from the places service businesses actually get inquiries and wander with no path drawn, because before the infrastructure exists there is no path. Crossing the Northstar layer binds each one to a fixed curve, and every fixed curve ends in the same place.

  2. 02

A model you fill in yourself

Rather than quote an industry statistic we cannot stand behind, the leak section is a calculator. You put in your own numbers, including how much of the leak you think is recoverable, and it does the multiplication in front of you.

  3. 03

    Nothing invented

No borrowed logos, no invented testimonials, no fake dashboards, no stock team photos. Where we have no proof yet, the site says so.

Measured result

None. This build never carried real traffic, so there is nothing honest to report here — and a number invented for this space would tell you nothing except that we are willing to invent numbers. Client case studies will fill this section with figures you can ask us to substantiate.

See where you’re losing leads.

Send us your site and tell us how inquiries reach you today. We will follow the same path your customers do, find the places somebody can go quiet, and send back what we would change and why.

  • A written map of how inquiries reach you today
  • The specific points where people go quiet, in priority order
  • What we would change, what it would cost, and what we would leave alone

No charge and no obligation. We are taking a small number of these while our first client case studies finish, so it is a good time to ask.
